Founded 2017 · Distributed studio

A senior studio that
sells outcomes, not hours.

We're a studio of senior product, design, and engineering people spread across three timezones. We work on the kind of problems that don't fit on a single team's plate — and we stake every engagement on a metric you choose.

Mission

Move the metric that matters.

Most studios sell capabilities — a list of services priced by the hour. We sell outcomes: a single metric you choose during discovery, that the engagement is accountable to. If the number doesn't move, we say so out loud and fix the plan.

Vision

The studio you keep on retainer.

Our longest client relationships pass the seven-year mark. That's the bar — not a vendor you swap every cycle, but the studio you call before the cycle starts.

How we work

Four habits we won't skip.

Quality, by default

Code review, automated testing, and continuous integration aren't add-ons — they're the floor. We've shipped without them once. We won't make that mistake twice.

Risk, named early

We surface the boring landmines in discovery — auth migration, vendor lock-in, regulatory exposure — before they cost the project a sprint.

Velocity, by removing friction

Most teams aren't slow because they're lazy. They're slow because the tooling fights them. We invest in DX and observability so shipping feels like the easy default.

Communication, structured

Monday written updates. Friday demos. A shared decision log. You always know which decision is open, which is closed, and who owns the next move.

Our commitments

Six principles, in writing.

01

Outcomes over output

We measure the work by what it moves, not what it ships. Engagements open with a metric and close against it.

02

Senior, every seat

Six-plus years average tenure. No bait-and-switch — the team you meet in the pitch is the team you get on Monday.

03

Honest about fit

We say no to engagements we can't ship excellently. We refer good work to good people. Often.

04

Deliver on time and within budget

Through careful planning and honest communication, we commit to timelines and budgets we can actually meet. If something changes, we flag it the same day.

05

Plain language, always

No vendor-speak in scoping docs. If a stakeholder can't repeat the plan back in a sentence, the plan isn't ready.

06

Stay through landing

Shipping is the easy part. Every engagement includes four to six weeks of post-launch support. We don't disappear at handoff.

Let's build something worth shipping.

We'll come back within a business day with a thoughtful response — not a templated sales reply.
